Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious game enthusiast with clear leadership- and project management skills to strengthen our team. As Game Producer you manage the full development process of our highly innovative mobile social games. And as one of the stakeholders you feel responsible for the overall quality, user experience and performance of the game.
Your job responsibilities include:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Lead and motivate the team of game developers, artists and designers to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Help gather, document and organize business, functional and creative requirements for new projects from different stakeholders
- Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues
- Responsibility for the end product and ensuring that the games are of high quality
- Building strong and positive working relationships with your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
Because we operate in a fast-paced and innovative industry we are looking for a candidate that is eager to learn, has the drive to succeed, and has a keen affinity for new game- and mobile-technologies. Furthermore, our candidate should have a good understanding of online product development without necessarily knowing all the technical details required.
As part of the Game Studio team, you will work closely with developers, designers, artists and the Technology team. Additionally, you will be in direct contact with our external partners and clients across the globe, representing BoosterMedia in a professional way.
We require
- A Bachelor or Master level degree or similar experience
- Experience in managing teams and project schedules to deliver products in time
- A resourceful person with a hands-on mentality that has the ability to solve problems and works independently
- Ability to work in a team environment as a strong leader with good social skills
- Good writing and communication skills in English
- Outstanding creativity, passion and drive
We also prefer
- Experience with Scrum or similar agile development methodologies
- Experience in producing/developing mobile games
